If you work on your own car then it is well worth it to skip these and get a set with adjustable box ends. Those are a lifesaver when getting into certain spots where these won't have the right angle.

I had not heard of adjustable box ends until now, but I just bought one. I can see how this will decrease the pile of tools I always end up with in the tray of my mechanic's seat!

Of course, when I need them, I won't be able to find them. I think they're in a box in the basement.
