There is a more affordable variant of the Tesla Model Y available. Now starts at $39,990 ($2k price cut) for a RWD 244 mile version. Those in CA will get $1500 additional off at time of purchase bringing it to $38,490 from Clean Fuel Reward (no income limits).. Some may also be eligible for the $2000 CVRP rebate but there are income limits. For those out of CA your state may also have additional incentives, I believe NJ had $5000 off (expired for now but may return) and you aren't charged tax on an ev making it an even better deal. The 7 seat config has been released as a $3000 option.

Don't bother. You might as well argue with the floor.
Which SDer wants to pay FULL price for the model that is not even on the road??
If you can, probably good to wait for couple of years when this EV hype dies and tons of other players in market.
Tesla doesn't factor in traditional "dealship" costs so you're getting more value even when paying the full price. sure Tesla still has stores but the costs don't reach even close to the amount of what a dealership costs.
Doesn't magically make it true.
Especially when I already cited 3 such review ssaying the opposite of your claim- explicitly saying how dated BMW interiors are for example in comparison to Teslas.
Here's a couple more than disagree with you

Do us one.
Stop telling lies, and then when called out on them, with sourced evidence rebutting your claims, don't move your goalposts to complaining about how there was SO MUCH evidence against you it was too long to read.
(actually to be fair, that second part is kind of hilarious....)
Oh, wait- even funnier... I went back to look at the post that was too long for you to read.
I only actually wrote 4 sentences- one less than you asked for.
Plus 2 (more) links disproving your claim, and a line from each link showing it contradicted you.
But that was...too long a "novel" for you to understand.
Yikes.
Occasionally at end of quarter (and especially end of year) they'll offer something slightly better like 1 year of free supercharging (though honestly 1000 miles is sometimes more than I use in a year, 99% of charging is done at home-so that's not "really" better to me but YMMV)
dont think its really fair to compare it to the sedans that cost $5k more than the comparable performance. It would be ridiculous if they didnt have better interiors for $5k more

I mean- this literally is your opinion.
I've provided you 5 reviews so far that all disagree with your opinion.
You've provided 0 supporting your own claims yet seem to imagine it's an objective fact and not an opinion.
Let me know if you need help with the math there.
Hopefully making this post only 5 sentences means it's short enough for you to understand.
serious question here..
The interior of Tesla 3 is more like a Prius , cheap...

That's useful to know, m8. Thx for sharing.
I test drove a model S and immediately knew this type of car was for me. I made a reservation for model 3 before the reveal and was only able to test drive the model S in 2017.
If people prefer the premium knobs and buttons, go buy a premium car.
My personal experience is, I'm not going back to an ICE car. If another manufacturer makes a compelling electric car, I may buy one.
As of now, there's no competition.

i have an s3 with $2500 sport seats and i get some oohs and ahhs but it wears off once we go over the first bump and the horrible suspension breaks everyones back. i also get a lot of complaints from passengers in the back as its a very claustrophobic car. if you touch the vents you realize theyre cheap part bin garbage. the leather is nice though and has good soft touch materials with some metal here or there. mercedes cla250 have some real garbage glossy black plastic materials and its gaudy as hell inside, bmw 2 series is pretty crap as well.
meanwhile the model 3 has the best panoramic roof under $100k pretty much. its got scandanavian minimalistic design so theres no cheap vents anywhere and for the most part everything you touch is up to part with audi a3. the minimalist design lets the interior fade away and the overall greenhouse lets you feel connected with whats outside your car more easily.
if anyone cares to articulate a rational salient argument for where the model 3 interior falls short then feel free, otherwise do everyone a favor and stop simping for gasoline vehicles

I did not compare interior as this is subjective but tbh I don't get the interior complaints. I have driven a bmw, mercedes and model 3 and it feels most like a bmw when you sit in the driver seat except there are very few buttons in a tesla but I wouldn't consider that a bad thing. I'm sure $100k+ vehicles are on another level in terms of interior but they should be for the price.
