I have found, a good way to solve the dust problem is to install the screen protector in the bathroom, preferably half an hour after a shower. There will be no dust particles in the air.
I highly recommend the one touch screen protector. I used it on my gfs. IPhone 12 pro max and it is by far the best screen protector instalation I have ever done. I was so impressed i purchased a second pair.
And as for the actual screen protector itself it's held up so far being in a bag with keys no scratches yet
Highly recommended 👍

is a screen protector really required, the glass is hard to not get scratches anyway.
dropping a phone is always a 50/50 chance of breaking the glass with/without the protector.
i don't see a point of the screen protector.
someone please share your thoughts, if you think otherwise.

Just look up scratch tests on YouTube. I had the same question but the videos talk about fall protection and scratch protection. While the hardened glass helps with the fall, it's still not hard enough to avoid scratches. I'm interested in buying it for the latter.
I had ordered it when it was full price, ended up using all 3 and even then it had a bubble. I would rather pay little extra to get a better one like Spigen
