Graco Magnum 257025 Project Painter Plus Paint Sprayer is less than $200 today on Amazon.

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/produ...UTF8&psc=1

I've been watching this sprayer for several months, and this is the lowest I've seen it (normally above $230). This model is below the X5 and X7 that I feel are likely overkill for my needs. I'm going to use it for some kitchen cabinet doors I've been making, along with the RAC X guard and 310 low pressure tip (not included).

PS: This is my first post, sorry if I messed up anything!

Is this overkill for painting 3 kitchen cabinets? Probably wouldn't use much after..Unless it holds resale
For three cabinets it is overkill, unless you can find other uses for it. As someone else said, clean it up afterwards and sell it for 75 percent of what you paid for it. It will go quick.

Tip: You can also spray the protective finish of your choosing on afterwards if you so desire. rings, long nails, pets, will gouge paint fairly quickly so a protective coating can sometimes help minimize damage or extend its life. Most knobs or pulls easily allow fingers to enter, but without enough spacing between the pulls or knobs the rings dig into the finish.

I won't get into what types, too long a topic.

Lumber prices have skyrocketed in some areas... I'm working on doing an addition and lumber a year ago was looking at $2k, now it's over $7k for the same list of lumber......... 3yrs ago i bought a 2x4x8 for $2.89 now that same board is $8.95 :\
I know it went up, there is no argument there. But for someone to have a 100k increase in lumber costs, like I said, a huge mansion on an island maybe. I just bought PT lumber yesterday, that is where the real increase is, not as much in the framing end from what I saw (although that went up to). don't worry though, the economists say there isn't any real inflation yet.

Need some experts or experienced users input on whether this one can use the Blue Guard FF low pressure tip, maybe FF LP310 or FF LP 208? It seems like it should be but I don't know for sure. I plan to repaint a dining table and one or two drawers. TIA.

Don't need it because I have another model graco but wish I did, this is a great price. Use it a lot for porch railings, staining the deck, etc. If I was building my deck again I would spray the joists and beams with stain and then deck it for more protection. Btw, everyone mentioning rolling paint, graco makes a roller attachment for these

How? Only thing that'll make it burst is total economic collapse. This isn't built on massive leverage that people can't afford.

Not with underwriting the way it is.

Mine works great. I got this to a replace a Wagner that had awful coverage and clogging.
Which wagner did you replace? I used my wagner today and my god, I sometimes spend more time troubleshooting why it's spitting paint than I do painting. When it works, it works great.

Don't forget to add the 12+ minimum months that it'll take the court to even get through the backlog of cases.

People have used this as long as the stain is not too thin as it leads to mist going everywhere. You can buy extension and various tips. There are several cheap options available on flea bay etc. which fit this device

Depending on the size of house, the total cost of lumber is probably $10K max. You're getting worked over my man.
A lumber bill for a house apprx 2000 sq ft is between 40 to 50k in my area. Nowhere in the US is going to be that much cheaper that your only spending 10k, but nice try.
