Graco Magnum 257025 Project Painter Plus Paint Sprayer is less than $200 today on Amazon.
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/produ...UTF8&psc=1
I've been watching this sprayer for several months, and this is the lowest I've seen it (normally above $230). This model is below the X5 and X7 that I feel are likely overkill for my needs. I'm going to use it for some kitchen cabinet doors I've been making, along with the RAC X guard and 310 low pressure tip (not included).
PS: This is my first post, sorry if I messed up anything!

Off topic...
Anyone with a savings account that pays nothing, a defined pension plan, cash under their mattress, etc., they are now losing about 12% annual in purchasing power with the USD..... up from a history of about 8% annual. And that COLA for some pensions and SS does not remotely keep up.... 17 years of life left from retirement was the magic number to devalue those monies to a poverty rate of lifestyle that is constantly moving the goal post.
That leaves cash buyers today for distressed properties today that will not qualify for a housing loan... and that market is flooded as well with investors to 'fix up' for profit to the point it will pass a home inspection for a loan, or works as a rental with Section 8 setting the bar for the lowest rent payments available. But, there is merit to outbid them for a long term residence that once fixed up and low interest is still available, can convert the cash buy and repairs to a conventional home loan. One might suppose that starting a painting business on the side with this machine could pay for it and put some cash in one's pocket.

There are thousands of houses being built in my area.
The 20% is not just lumber, but also just general pricing increases.
Will keep you updated
Thinking that this spring/summer I've got more big stuff to paint makes me really want to jump on this.
