I've built my own PC's for 20+ years. This is a great deal!! However, I can't speak to their customer service, if there's an issue. However, from what I understand, a lot of system integrators have poor customer service. Thoughts??

lol, no.

If you need any computer at all then get something else without a video card or a low end card for less than either this desktop or a mac mini. Do you want to use macOS or Windows?

Do they charge your card when they ship or immediately?

Found the answer: nevermind.
When do they charge? I wouldn't want 1300 bucks tied up for 2 months...

I agree - it is a hit & miss.
1) Big brands like HP, Dell use proprietary parts which makes it harder to upgrade/repair
2) Build your own means RMA hurdles to jump through
3) Brands like CyberpowerPC or IBuyPower granted their customer service is lacking, but it is a trade off and I, for one, am ok with it in exchange for a good deal.

And this deal, IMhO, is a good deal + they throw in 3 year parts/labor warranty (everyone else does 1).

Fantastic deal, but...

You have to be willing to accept 5-6 weeks total time before you get this order. You also have to assume all responsibility for issues that may potentially come up with your build. Their customer service is off the charts terrible. Try calling them, you'll quickly see you're on your own.

Also, you will be charged the same day for your order while you wait.

I would say this item is a way to sell a 3070 *bundled* with a mediocrely priced (at best) rig. I recall stores "bundling" Playstation 3's with $2,000 televisions because of the low stock and resale value. This is the exact same thing. Not a slick deal.
Just ordered this setup for $1,420.25, I'll compare with msrp and sum the total.
Case:
be quiet! Pure Base 500DX Tempered Glass Gaming Case - White $100 from Newegg
Processor:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Processor (6x 3.7GHz/32MB L3 Cache) $300 when in stock
Motherboard:
ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS - ARGB Header (1), USB 3.2 Ports (1 Type-C, 5 Type-A), M.2 Slot (3) $156 from Newegg
Memory:
16 GB [8 GB x2] DDR4-3200 Memory Module - Certified Major Brand Gaming Memory [Free Upgrade to 32GB DDR4-3200 XPG D41 RGB] $150 from Newegg
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 8GB GDDR6 - ASUS DUAL OC (VR-Ready) $530 when in stock from B&H, $800 after market currently
Case Lighting:
iBUYPOWER RGB Lighting - [FREE] 1 RGB Lighting Strip ~$10 from amazon
Power Supply:
700 Watt - High Power - 80 PLUS Gold ~$70 retail
Processor Cooling:
iBUYPOWER DEEPCOOL GAMERSTORM RGB 240mm CASTLE 240EX Liquid Cooler $110 from Newegg
Primary Hard Drive:
1TB Intel 665P Series M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD -- Read: 2000MB/s; Write: 1925MB/s $95 from Newegg
[$9] - iBUYPOWER MEK 3 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard [Blue Switches] ($49 Value) - RGB Customizeable LED Backlight Keys ~$30
[$5] - TP-LINK Archer T2U AC600 Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter ($29 Value) - with all desktops ($29 Value) Let's say ~$15

Total Sum: $1,566 if you could buy the 3070 at msrp, but because you can't, add another $270, that's $1836 (and I also included the $9 for thermal paste and the $19 for the 1-year no questions asked return policy with shipping included)

These are all premium parts, not sure how this isn't a slick deal!

Ordered it with a Lian Li mesh case, Gigabyte three fan 3070, 32gb ram, keyboard, usb wifi for $1553 OTD, not sure I'm going to be ok with them charging my card ~3 months before they ship anything. I'm assuming I can cancel before the statement comes due though, don't really want to get refunded to my credit card after paying off $1553 and having a minus $1,553 balance on a credit card.

Keep in mind that the "3 Year" warranty is only 1yr parts/3yr labor. I personally don't need their labor assistance on a warranty claim, effectively making this a 1yr warranty for me. I'll still probably bite, but food for thought.
