Verizon phone should come sim unlock to use with T-Mobile and ATT.
Only after 60 days... not like the old days. I'm not sure if that is 60 days of service or just 60 days after purchase. I'm sure some other SD'er can clarify.

Needs to be activated once, but it will unlock after 60 days even if you cancel service.
I can't tell if this is straight DPP of $5x24 or if bill credits are also used. I took advantage of the DPP with Best Buy deals and no bill credits several times before. I'm with Mint now. If there are no bill credits, I might just buy a couple of these, pay them off and cancel, then wait the rest of 60 days and start using them. It would be a pretty decent upgrade over the Moto Z3 Plays that we are currently using...(minus microSD card though)
EDIT: after going through part of the checkout process, I got to this (see attachment) which confirms it is 24 months of bill credits. Ugh. Not a deal unless you plan to stay with Verizon!

Thanks, that's the info most of the folks would be looking for. Repped.
Not bad if you're already on a qualified plan, but this was free after monthly credits last month, plus a $250 GC for porting in a number. And it worked on start unlimited (or the loyalty unlimited).

Damn! I would have ported out my number and ported back in for that!
