I currently use this exact brand and have been happy with taste/results. The tin is nice because it has a section where you can scrape your teaspoon to ensure you always get a level teaspoon of matcha. I've tried it both in a latte with almond milk, davinci sugar free vanilla syrup, cinnamon and some real vanilla extract as well as just adding a teaspoon to protein powder and water to give my protein drink a boost.
A while back I posted a very similar deal
that was the same brand but came in a bag instead of this tin so if you liked that you'll like this one....and vice versa.

If you want culinary matcha for smoothies, lattes, or whatever, at least get culinary matcha from Japan. Here's the one I use: https://smile.amazon.co
For ceremonial grade, you can't go wrong with ippodo tea. Luckily, buying from them in the USA has become a lot easier over the last couple of years. https://ippodotea.com/collections/matcha

I never claimed this was top shelf but I'm not going to pay $15 for 21 teaspoons (3.5 ounces) of matcha when this has 96 teaspoons for same price. Especially when it's being blended into other things. In the end the user will decide and if someone has used this before feel free to post how you liked it whether positive or negative.

Due to some medications I take I get bloodwork roughly every 3 months so will be fairly obvious if it affects my health in any negative fashion (it's already helped with blood pressure) so consider me the canary in the coal mine...I would report back with any issue.
All the concerns about possible health issues did prompt me to do a google (well duckduckgo actually but saying "I did a duckduckgo" sounds like I had an accident in the bathroom) to see if I could find any reviews that specifically stated issues. I did find this one: https://www.matchaconne
The thing I try to keep in mind is when it boils down to it, this is powderized green tea leaves...just like with generic pickles....at the end of the day they are pickles in vinegar. There may be taste differences..some sweeter...some less but the benefits of all of them should be close to the same.
