This deal from before the holidays is back. Get the Wyze Scale for $19.54 before tax from Amazon. I snoozed on it the first time. Grabbed one this time to try.

dumb question - do any smart scales sync directly with apple health without some extra crap-app?
Do any non-Apple devices work directly with the Health app?

I don't understand why you need an app for a scale. Is it that hard to remember your last weight?
I can't remember my weight from a week ago, a month ago, or a year ago, but the app will. It'll remember the hundred other times I've taken it too.

Purchased this and returned it. You will step on the scale and it will get your weight every time, but after using it for a couple days it would take 10-20 tries after wiping down and stepping on and off to get the other body readings on the scale. Very frustrating, so I returned it and got the Renpho one and haven't been happier.

Keep in mind that, like with any scale that says that it measures BF%, the physics doesn't enable an accurate reading. So this is effectively a misnomer. Impedance measurements are more accurate in hand held devices than step on. BF measurements on these are pretty much useless. If one is trying to determine the effectiveness of their diet/fitness activities, BF is a better indicator than weight (BMI alone). Long winded way of saying that unless one was purchasing for a scale alone, a handheld impedance measurement device would be a better choice.

Pretty sure all scales are made for fatties 😁
He's hinting that he weighs more than 400 pounds...and there are a LOT of them out there nowadays.

I bought this scale during one of the previous deals. I have no issues with the app on my iPhone. The data loads right away if my phone is near, and will even load the weight after if I don't weigh myself with my phone with range. I've had absolutely no issues with this scale.

I hate how scales are made of glass. Just feels like accident waiting to happen.

I'd have to buy two scales to find out.
