This thing looks legit, but I can't find it anywhere else online. Anyone have source for reviews?
It is Legit! I'm not sure why there are no videos or a lot of info about it but I've been using it for quite a while now and it's just as good as their other lines of spinners.
22 inch is not a carry on case last time I checked.
Every airline and even every airplane is different. You'll want to check your favorite airline before purchasing. I have a 22" and I fly domestically just fine throwing it overhead.
FYI on experience with Jomashop: I had purchased a Gucci backpack through Jomashop within the past 30 days. However, when I received the item, the Gucci box (not the shipping box) and dustbag were damaged and dirty; the Gucci box had rips; and both the Gucci box and dustbag had stains. It was as if this was an open-box item, but it wasn't advertised as such. I had asked them to cover the return shipping fee since the Gucci box and bag were damaged/defective; however, they did not accommodate my request. Yes - the condition of the backpack was fine; however, I expected (rightfully so, IMO) the Gucci box and dustbag to be in new condition. the rep said "The box is to protect the item and they sit on a warehouse shelf and some can get knocked or dirty.", which is a load of crap if you ask me...i don't usually see boxes getting damaged at Nike, Foot Locker, Macys, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks, etc.

Just FYI, if you paid with PayPal, you get free return shipping on 12 orders per calendar year for up to $30 shipping cost on each order.
You just have to submit a claim from the desktop website with proof of original order and how much you paid for shipping (if you paid yourself or if it was deducted from your refund via a prepaid label).
Alternatively, if you want to avoid submitting a claim, they also seem to offer free return labels that you can print before returning your item if you wanted to go that route instead.
Just go to the transaction in your PayPal history on desktop and when you click on it, you should see an option for free returns and you can choose to file a claim or get a free label.
This is assuming you "signed up" for the program, which is essentially clicking on a button while logged into your PayPal account.
