LG is releasing their new C1 and G1 series OLED TVs soon, could be due to stores trying to clear their extra inventory. Assuming the new TVs are around the same price as the current CX/GX, we could see even better deals for the CX/GX series a few weeks/months down the line!

Make sure you get burn in warranty. My LG b7a has a non fixable Hulu logo burned into it after 2 years. Never left it on when I wasn't watching. OLED was beautiful for 2 years.
Did you ask LG for a courtesy panel replacement?

You are a clown. For the general public you arent getting a quality 65 oled (lg) for.under 1600 and you arent getting the 77 for less than 3000. If you truly did manage to get a sony oled, good for you. LG manufactures the panels anyway and the picture quality is still top of the mountain. Quoting rtings is foolish cause its been theory tv of the year like 3 years running. Hows clown world working out?

Ridiculous. LG has OLED patents but they do not own the term. Apple calls the panel OLED right here.

Very few places cover it. Make sure you buy from a place that offers it.

Thinking about getting the Upsie 5 year warranty for my 77 that is coming from AAFES. $329 for 5 years after the manufacturer ends, and it covers burn in. Never bought an extended warranty but these OLEDs seem like a 50% chance of ending up being a total dumpster fire.

Yeah, they seem to be pretty good about doing that now. Just had my 65C7 panel replaced last month. I posted pics of the issue on the LG Global Facebook page and got a resolution pretty quickly. Back when the issue first started LG wouldn't help.

Do you have to buy from a particular store to get that warranty?
