There are other toy clearances that are ok, but these were two standout items at my walmart. I checked zip codes in a couple of states, and I see these prices at other zip codes. Not all stores have them this low or have stock. My store has a clearance isle full of toys, but a lot of the toys have not gotten very low. The price stickers on the shelf were much more expensive than the prices they scanned at.

1. Autobot Blaster transformer This one transforms between radio and robot but doesn't include the cassette animals. It was originally $30 and is between $1-$3 at a number of stores:

2. Lego Police Helicopter Transporter 60244 317 pieces. It was originally $40 and I bought it for $1.10. I see a number of stores with the price this low, but there seem to be fewer of these in stock. My store had six!

When you find super cheap toys they're great items to donate. It's maybe the wrong time of year, but I keep a box in my garage to collect and donate. I found a local charity I trust that helps give Christmas to families that don't have much. I don't want to toot my horn, but it's a great way to stretch your giving dollar! Smilie

Man, that's the Blaster figure from 30 years ago! They can still sell that?

They keep reissuing G1 figures. I would prefer Soundwave over him, but for $2 I can't complain.

I haven't found a store with the Lego set in stock yet, but it got down to $0.50 in 70501.

A few places have it in stock but for 38.45. One Walmart has it for .80 but out of stock. Would I be able to buy it from a Walmart that has it and take it to the .80 Walmart to get the price difference back?

That loophole has been pretty much been closed for a while. They will take it back, but won't sell it to you again. They won't price match except at the store you bought it.

Good to know. If I buy online for store pickup, will they price adjust when I go in? (At the store that has the clearance price - it has it available for pickup today, not ship to store)

YMMV. If the item isn't in stock and they ship it, you'll get charge for the full price. Customer Service may or may not match the sale price.

The other problem is that if the item is listed as available for immediate pickup, employees aren't usually great at finding Clearance items since they may not be in the normal toy section. They may be in the Clearance section or even in the back.

In my experience, it's not worth doing a store pickup.

Many of the Reissues lately are not Authorized remakes... Example like the Dinobots, they are China Clones (Pretty damn good ones too..).

Did get me a SoundWave reissue, China... Damn close...
