You do need to be mindful of how you use this snack, in that there is an activation period. It works best when used with water, and consumed before you start getting really hungry. Water will bulk up the chia in your stomach, and it takes a while (supposedly ~15m) for that feedback to hit your brain.
I find myself usually using this on days where I didn't have control over one or more of my meals. e.g., calorically dense but not filling, mandatory/mediocre, having to skip due to a variety of reasons, etc.
If you have no interest in weight or diet control and simply like this for the snack factor, then of course, it's a perfectly good snack, though there isn't a lot of it, of course. I tried it without looking at the label, and it sure tasted like real food with simple ingredients, and the ingredient label seemed to back that up, so no complaints there.
White Chia Seeds, Cashew Butter, Brown Rice Syrup, Organic Brown Rice Crisps (Organic Brown Rice, Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Sea Salt), Chicory Root Fiber, Dried Apples, Arabic Gum, Rolled Oats, Apple Powder, Natural Flavors, Ground Cinnamon, Almonds, Sea Salt, Mixed Tocopherols (Natural Vitamin E), Monk Fruit Extract.

At ~50¢ a bar though it's a steal when usually more than $1 each. Excited for the opportunity to try them.
