You will regret these Uber-cheap variations with such a high-end device.

It's like getting a luxury car with a cardboard steering wheel. Get a higher-grade option for something that is as utilitarian as an iPad. You'll absolutely thank yourself later.

I know they are obviously much more expensive, but the Apple Magic Keyboard is the only way to go. Ive used these cheap ones and the difference is huge. You spent $600+ on the IPad Pro, dont cheap on the accessories.

The Logitech folio touch is another great and less costly alternative to the Magic keyboard. It connects using the smart connector and has a full touchpad just like the magic keyboard. I've been using it for a while now and absolutely love it

I don't use the keyboard nor the iPad as often... investing more money to the lost case is greater than good... this item for $10 worth a shot. The quality looks good. After getting the product I will leave detail review.

For someone who doesn't use a keyboard with their iPad often, comparing a 349 dollar product to a 12 dollar product is just silly.

The keyboard is slow to connect and the whole setup is flimsy. When you pick it up to move to another location is when this becomes a challenge. BUT, for $12 it may be worth a test for your use case.

My biggest concern with these noname keyboard is security. How do we know it is not secretly recording your key presses and sending them back to their servers.

It takes few lines of code for these no name companies to to start recording your key presses. These chinese companies are notorious for selling their user data

I have this case, and I would recommend it for the price.

The keyboard is actually decent, it connects almost instantly, feels easy to type on, accurate, and since getting it about a month ago I've not had to charge it once. But one drawback is the turn off key is right above delete, so you may often accidentally turn off the iPad when typing. Fwiw I don't think something this small is capable of logging and transmitting data via bluetooth.

Also, you need to move the keyboard upon opening the case each time and the keyboard keeps the screen in place at lower angles.

Since I mostly use it for the case and only use the keyboard occasionally, it's worked for me.

I'm curious how that would work (especially within iOS with the supposed greater security/sand boxing) for these keyboards that connect via Bluetooth. I would think they need an app to be able to send any data out.

I have a 2020 iPad Pro 11 and bought a Zagg keyboard case for the 2018 iPad on clearance. With a little dremel work to cut out the camera, it fits the 2020 iPad perfectly. Mentioning that in case anyone is thinking about it for this case. I would bet you could do the same.
