If you are porting in a new line, you can get the Moto e or the LG K51 for $0. If you're not porting in a new line, the best deal they have the Samsung S21 for $399. It's a top of the line phone that normally sells for $800. They were bundling it with a promo from Samsung. I don't know if that promo is still going. Under the promo, if you bought the S21, you could buy the Tab S7 for $280 (if you have student discount it's $220). You can turn around and sell the Tab S7 for $400-500 easy.

I agree, backside made of glass was the worst design. My S8 plus was broken on the same day I purchased, until then I was thinking back cover is metallic..lol.
i never cracked any of my phones. s10 are my first all glass. hope last. if future galaxy have sd slot, charger, plastic back, i'll seriously consider scumsung again.

Wit, so how can I be an existing customer and get this? If I'm existing, I don't have a number to port in. Which this deal requires.
The offer is for both new lines and existing lines, with upgrade you get a gift card of $400 after 3 months though and no 24 months contract needed

I don't think this will be unlocked, but you can probably get it unlocked when paid in full.

Most likely it will be the Verizon model

Yep! Camera upgrade and incremental snapdragon update isn't worth losing all those things. Samsung is pulling a Galaxy Note 5 by removing the micro SD.
The Snapdragon 888 is hardly an incremental upgrade... integrated 5G modem, lower power consumption and 20+% faster than the 865.

I'll miss the SD slot, but at least they made the jump from 128GB to 256GB only $50. Direct from Samsung, I'm paying quite a bit less this time going from 128GB S10+ to 256GB S21 Ultra than when I did S8 to S10+, along with better pre-order bonuses and that's before 10% cashback and 20% Perks@Work credit. Certainly slick enough for me.

General XM question:

I am looking to add a relative to my XM account (currently have 3 of us on XM). We would transfer her number over from Cricket and just add her as a 4th line. I assume this should be pretty easy.

She wants a new phone so was thinking about getting her a Moto G Power (2020 model). I was hoping XM would put it on promo today but it's still the full price $250. It does look like Sam's club sells the unlocked Moto G Power at a cheaper price - it says it's unlocked so I assume would just buy it from Sam's club and take it to XM and it would activate correct?

Maybe I would qualify for a gc for transferring her number over if we are bringing our own phone too?

Thanks,

-Guru

Log in to your account, select the S20, choose pay in full and select replace device on exiting line, choose the line and check out, you will see the $400 rebate card.

No port in required, I just upgraded my line. You pay full price, 24 payments. They send you a $400 prepaid card. Once they send you the prepaid card you can make a one-time device payment (using the prepaid card) if you wish to cut your payoff term in half. I did this with the S20 on my account as well. It does take about 12 weeks to get the prepaid card, but still worth it.

EDIT: for existing customers, you have to make sure you are logged into the xfinity mobile site to see the upgrade offer.
So you can cancel your Xfinity Mobile line once you receive the $400 gift card and pay off the phone?

Anyone knows if trade in values via xfinity are worth it? Page mentions going to the store to get a quote from Assurant. If they find anywhere close to what Samsung gives, it could be a great deal
I did a tradein of iPhoneX 64GB with Xfinity for $190 a month back and still did not get any update...
