why not get $1600 credit with tmobile. show this $800 offer and they match and beat by another $800?

I called today for upgrade with with trade and was not allowed the trade. They charged me and I could not cancel my order. I spoke with Customer loyalty department. I have spent the intire day online with Att. The add three mire lines instead of upgrading the lines I have.
