Hoping their support is good. I like everything else about the 7P though. Very comfortable on my head and sounds good, aside from balance issues. Their customer service is currently experiencing high volume per response to my support ticket.
Hard to say since I got a lemon off the start, but based on comfort and sound, I wish I purchased the wireless pro set back when it was on sale for around $220. I was too hesitant of the brand at the time. Normal price seems too high to justify.

I've heard only bad things about their customer support. Hopefully it has improved. I've been using the Arctis 5 Wired for almost a year now and it's been great, knock on wood.
I was surprised that my $150 headset failed to do the most basic and fundamental function all headphones should be able to do: have balanced left and right speakers. I immediately returned the headset, and received a new pair. Lo' and behold, it had the same issue.
Many people online suggested maxing put the physical volume knob on the headset and to dial it up or down through software. This didn't solve my issue, and even if it did it's a ridiculous solution to use considering the amount you pay for these headphones. Steelseries engine 3 didn't resolve it either. I had to return the set last week.
My overall impression: it's feature rich, the sound is somewhat muddy (look up rtings review) but most importantly they suffer from a fatal sound imbalance.
TLDR - Received two pairs THIS year, both defective. Right louder than left.
Please.. PLEASE suggest a wireless headset that's as feature rich and usable.

Any thoughts on the Pro model?

BTW This is the 7X that is on Amazon, not the P.
Is there another headset that does this?
