I think for (likely) new tools at this price it's pretty slick. Even at $199, a pretty good deal. Retail at Home Depot, etc. is $399.

I agree, it's all very amateur. Good seller though, I've used them.
Id jump on it but I am in the milwaukee m18 and bosch 18v product ecosystems....although I could use an oscillating tool...hmmm

If it was a floor model then it's far from new
I used to spend a lot of time in Lowe's and HD for a short while I worked in construction, and saw several instances of ppl just picking these kits up and just walking out the door with them.
The last guy I saw do this, I was in the middle of talking to an employee, and I noticed him staring off in the distance.
All of a sudden he said 'he's going to try and walk out with that' and I looked over and there's this kid with a cart full of Dewalt kit boxes fast walking to the exit. (He made it out BTW, as I assume employees are discouraged (prohibited?) from actively stopping thefts in progress due to liability).
Anyhoo, point is, I bet a lot of the tool kits sold on eBay ( 'used' but actually new) and sold for way under even good sale prices, are hot.
This are usually shipped from home depot 8617, RLC - returns and liquidation center.
