The US Post Office makes it impossible to subscribe to magazines anymore. Magazines now all arrive 3 -months worth at one time and even the newest of the 3 is a month late. Sad really. But hey — enjoy the new rate increases on 1/24 !

everyone has and the problems have been in the newspaper. But the problems seem to be nationwide. For a while Priority Mail (2 to 3day) was taking 6 to 8 weeks to arrive now they have it down to 7 to 12 days

I wonder what happened last year that would have caused delays in the post office?

AD is mostly ads. I'd pick Dwell, it has better interesting content to ads ratio.

AD is entertaining, but mostly for high society. If you're home cost less than $5mm, you need not apply...and that number is probably 50% too low.

And also, if you see a celebrity home, there is a good chance it will be for sale within a year...they seem to use AD as a marketing tool.

I stopped subscribing to Consumer Reports in March, 2017...after 35 years.
I stopped in 2017 because CR was changing, dying as a consumer product guide. The mag was doing less and less product ratings, more and more, social agenda articles.
The last 2 years after occasionally reading a monthly issue here and there, it has got worse. Worse in the sense, less product ratings More social agenda
Just got done looking at the Feb 2021, CR is not done matriculating into more of a social agenda direction and less of a product rating magazine. "white supremists", black versus white, "black lives matter" ---come up as topics in more then one article in the Feb.2021 issue

CR best days are in the past. Guess the people who ran Consumer Reports for decades have retired.
