ASUS ROG STRIX G17 (G713QR-ES96) 17.3" 300Hz (3ms) Full HD IPS-Level Gaming Laptop w / RTX 3070 Max Performance (AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX)
Available for Pre-Order, I was able to place an order with them for this computer. (Not grayed out).
They also have available customization such as adding additional NVME drives or setting up 2 drives in RAID. I added a second 1TB NVME drive for an additional $100. I was going to add it myself anyway, for $100 and they do it saves me the hassle of taking apart the computer, price is decent.
I believe they also appear to have the AMD5800U + 3060 combo also for preorder for $1499 - you just have to click the configuration buttons on the link page and it will come up.

If your getting a gaming laptop and worried about battery life it's not the laptop for you. No powerful gaming laptop is gonna have great or even good battery life. Just expect terrible and anything more is a pleasant surprise.

I normally agree but the next gen on intel had models with 3070/3080 chips claiming 8 hour battery life, so it's a Valid question to ask where the ryzen would fall relative to that.
