I think 28 degree wire weld is obsolete. Where I live it is very hard to find wire welded nails and almost impossible to sell a gun like this one used. Most people use 21 degree plastic collated and a few people use the 30 degree (Paslode style) paper tape nails. I would get the Metabo NR90 21 degree; you can buy it for around $150 when it is on sale.

This is almost 100% correct. I have seen wire welded nails in stock at my local HD, but not the others around me. Look at your local store and see what type of nails they sell before you buy any type of nailer. Nothing worse then needing to wait a few days because you ran out of nails and had to order online.

You are way off on this one. A 28 degree gun can fit in tighter places, sharper angles are considered a premium feature you pay more for in nail guns. There is no such thing as a nailer angle being obsolete. All the major brands make nailers in to 30+ degree range, just generally not aimed at the homeowner because they start to get expensive. Check any professional framing crew and you will see mostly 28 degree guns. You're not squinting hard enough if you can't find the nails I've literally never seen a single local building supply or big box not have 28 degree wire welds on hand. BTW, 30 degree nails work in a 28. This is a pro gun at a homeowner price, adjustable head depth, auto trigger features and more.
