I have these. They are much quieter than Cooler Master Sickleflow. But the brightness of the LEDs drops off sharply at speeds below 50% where they're barely visible.

These are pretty quiet with good airflow. Got em for free because amazon marked them as undeliverable. Win win I guess.

You could buy a power supply. You'll need an adapter for the fan plug or you could strip it and hard wire together. You'll also need to short two pins on the atx connector to tell it to turn on
