First deal post! Also first time I've seen a QLED of this size at this price point. Description at walmart.com says "Features our QLED Nanocrystals technology resulting in a super vivid color and contrast experience. The Quantum Processor features a powerful processor to optimize screen brightness and sound control. Quantum dot display boasts 100 - percent colour volume to bring you living color in both Bright and dark scenes.". I wanted an inexpensive 65" to replace the older 43" in our den area. Saw some other 65s had been posted around the $400 price point here and heard that Hisense recently upgraded to quantum dot technology in its H8G series. While I couldn't find a 65" of that particular model at a similar price point, I stumbled upon this one which looks quite comparable and has my preferred Roku OS as well. Hope this is useful to others here!

This user is severely misinformed and is attempting to spread misinformation.
Notice how they mention several brands while excluding one in particular (LG).

BTW, that Westinghouse is $100 less at Walmart only $400 there instead of $500 linked @ BB.

I have bought cheap RCA tvs in the 1080p era 5+ years ago. Two of two are still going at relative's houses. Not saying they are pretty, or competitive at their price point today, but they are still working.
Consumer reports has a lot of info on the 6522 and nowhere does it say QLED. I'd take a hard pass..

Get the Hisense currently on sale for $399 if you need a 65" right now.

They'd just as soon, presume to throw in, or assume should be thrown in...
TFIFY. I'm sorry, I'm not a grammar Nazi, I just can't resist sometimes.

Doesn't matter. RCA is a licensed name badge now.
It has nothing to do with the old RCA company, other than using its' name recognition.
So would I buy it again for $450? Not even for $250. But did I get my money's worth? I guess so, because I've kind of been hoping it would break for 6 years and it's just as "good" now as ever.
I still have an rca I bought 10 years ago and first used as a monitor and now I use it everyday for firestick. What's your beef? You won't get another qled at this price.
