I prefer Bicycle cards. I've not been impressed by cards made in China. To me, the feel more flimsy and the plastic coating doesn't seem to protect them from spills. The best, imo, are Aristocrat. All three of these brands are owned by the United States Playing Card Company. Maverick is their budget brand. Bicycle is their flagship brand. Aristocrat is the brand used in casinos.

Unless you're buying for kids or grandkids, I'd go with a better brand. The difference is noticeable.

The difference in quality was amazing they (Bicycle) are more sturdy and its easier to do basic moves and you can actually do flourishes without them going every were. Please if you are trying to use maverick and are having trouble please spend the 2 extra dollars it makes an amazing difference.
Bought 6 (1 for me, 5 for my poker friends). I chose slow shipping & I was able to get a $2 slow shipping credit. Pretty cool.

BTW, we are a swarmy bunch of deplorable ogres. We actually PREFER these inexpensive, non-pretentious, misfit playing cards.

Thanks OP. Repped you.

I got a 12-pack of Bicycle cards on sale for about $14 at Costco. I think normal price was around $18. Still worth it at $1.50 per pack.

I'm in for a two pack. I've had these before and must say the quality is not as good as a deck of Bicycle playing cards but when considering the cost there are worth it. Thanks op, reps coming your way.
