Been using these from last deal. No leaks on my side. They seem to last pretty good in remote for drones and kids toys.

The code is good for one time?

I used the code on the AA,but it didn't work with the 9V batteries.

Tried these for some Xbox one controllers and they were constantly disconnecting and hunting to reconnect. Switched back to rechargeable Amazon basics and everything was fine again. Basically, crap. Probably good just for TV remotes and other low power demand objects.
