Well the other "steve" did flat out say you could trade a note 9 bought from eBay straight up for a s21....he is quoted and it's captured a few pages back...

To many Steve's.

And if someone can get the tracfone rebate to work with the one plus price match then this would be the best out of pocket deal out there. BUt not until then

Is this deal dead? I was on the fence about getting the N100 as a cheap backup phone, and used to see the $30 GC in cart, but now I'm not seeing it at all.

It won't unfortunately. In-store only, and a Best Buy employee said they don't sell any OnePlus phones in-store. But the employee also said the $100 discount applied to every unlocked phone so I just grabbed a Pixel 4a for a total of $300 after taxes.
