Thats why I got this since it has the Asmedia 2362 chipset. I got it for $16ish out the door a few days ago but havnt tried cloning with it yet, will try today on a Samsung evo 960 with Macrium.
Going to give this one a tried. Been looking for a dual M2 sata/mvne enclosure for a while. Mainly use ld for swapping drives around. Hopefully it works.

I just received it and am very impressed. It includes a silicone pad that makes contact with the aluminum portion of the case for actual heat dissipation. I had a jms583 enclosure before that was easier to swap drives, but it kept disconnecting on large transfers.
I'm running tests on the Eluteng now and it falls short of advertised rates, but is much faster than the jms583 unit I had before. Diskmark shows 419, 406, 164, 25 roughly for both r/w using USB C on a Byeasy front mount reader. My biggest issue is that it won't work on my S20+ or S20 Ultra. Shows up with, "High-power USB device connected" cannot access to this device. Connected device needs ext power supply. My main purpose is to use this for additional storage/backup on the go when I get the S21...So if you're using it with computers it seems like a solid buy, but not working for Android OTG - Samsung at least.
Edit: Just ordered the OP's deal to try. Hopefully it's claim of low power consumption is real. My Mokin JMS583 enclosure worked on my S20+ using OTG but would disconnect after some usage.

Very good to know. Mine should be here tomorrow so should know if it does work well with both sata/mvne, I have a few around to test cloning.

This has the ASM2364 chipset (newer version of ASM2362). This version comes with a thermal pad and an in-built fan. Mine should be arriving on Saturday - I intend to use it with a PS5

this controller or the RTL9210B controller are the recommended controllers to use for NVME enclosures. Avoid jms583.
I have this RTL9210B based enclosure coming today. Hope this is still available later today in case the one I ordered doesn't work well.

Edit
It does not come with thermal pad so the enclosure does not make physical contact with the nvme.

This one doesnt have a cover, but works great if you are not looking for a more "permanent" drive and want easy access to multiple NVMe's:
