I always think it comes down to if you can get a better deal right now. So for instance retail price for an AVAILABLE GTX 3090 is a great deal since they are selling for twice that now if you can find them.

for this desktop available today
List Price $2,041.43
Sale $1,119.00
Coupon -$112

So basically you are saying because you can't wait for 1-2 weeks for the stock to stabilize, the MSRP is a great deal, right? Are you sure you are on the right forum?
It is more like several months at a minimum - and that's if you can beat the bots when there is a restock.

MSRP is nearly meaningless, we are just used to paying less than it but "supply and demand" determines the actual cost. 2 great examples about it to read up on it are; sneakers and diamonds.

Would this be good for gaming? Not sure if the 2060 will be relevant for long.

Do you have an adblocker on? Dell links never open for me when I have my adblock turned on.
You can try copy pasting it if you'd rather not turn off adblock:

Slickdeals seems to be having an affiliate link issue. A few links I've tried in Dell deals go to placeholder.com

I don't have an ad blocker that i know of.

How's this video card and other components compare to the Super 1660 in the other FP Dell XPS desktop deal. That happens to be dead now but seems to come back every few days.

I'm wondering the same exact thing
... should I be wanting 2070 or higher? Is 2060 decent enough?

Appreciate feedback

This video card will be good for quite some time, you might even be better even using this for the next year and then skipping a generation and hopefully the 4000 series or whatever they call it will be a bigger performance boost and more generally available than the 3000 series

The good news it has a big enough power supply, cooling, and room to handle all video cards today

I apologize if I am easily missing it, but what PSU does it have? I feel like this could be a good deal to purchase, pull the 2060 and place the 3060ti I was able to snag!
