I have the 3XL version, it's very well made and satisfying to touch, but I am worried it's going to get gross and dirty over time. Google says these newer ones can go in the washing machine.

The old ones are handwash only I think, but I've put mine in the washing machine without any problem. Except for the little plastic G on the back which may fall off

I really was not a fan of the one I tried for the 3xl because the texture felt dry and scratchy. I wanted to try again because most case lips are too high for my liking. At this price I felt comfortable trying it again, and I actually like it. Buttons are awesome, sizing feels perfect, more of a premium feel, and less scratchy than the 3xl one. I wonder if it'll get softer over time, but I like it.

I really like this type of case from Google. I think it looks good. I can put it on my leg when I'm seated and it doesn't fall off as easily as an all silicone one

I fell in love with this when I tried it for one of the pixels (3a?). Been trying to find a similar one for every phone I've had since and have yet to find one that feels as good.

Want to add, if you have the Pixel Stand, you're going to have to balance the phone with case carefully to center it.

My wife had this in pink for her Pixel 3 and BOY did it get dirty quickly. She ditched it after about 3 months, I think. It was also starting to get frayed at the edges too. Very disappointing.

A darker color one like this probably won't show the filth quite as much but I don't know.

Had the pixel 2 xl version for about a month until I broke my screen with super minor contact against the unprotected exposed lower edge. First screen I've ever broken, on a dozen or more phones over the years, and this was with a tempered glass protector. Adding insult to injury, not only had I opted against insurance, but the nearest repair place with a replacement screen was an hour and a half away.

TLDR, bought a caseology parallax and never looked back. Just put one on my new pixel 5.

Nice looking case but edges/corners are too exposed. Shattered my pixel 3 screen in the fabric case when a $10 ghostek convert would have prevented the damage. Caveat emptor.

And not to mention...but all these cases are way overpriced. literally $2 in cost.
