The specs you've posted are if you're using both USB-C port simultaneously. If you're just using one port at a time, the output is as follows:

USB-C1: DC5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/2.4A (48W max)
USB-C2: DC 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A (18W max)

At $17.50, you really expected it to output 48W out of both ports simultaneously?!

There's a few manufacturers who make chargers with the ports facing the floor, such as this one [amazon.com]. Much better design IMO. More flush against the wall so it will fit behind the bed/nightstand easier (and without squishing the cables). Weight is closer to the wall which means less leverage against the AC prongs. I wish more manufacturers would get on board.

The other option is just an AC cord and a charging station that sits on your desk/nightstand, like this one. [amazon.com]

(Above are just design examples. No recommending anything specific. Smilie )

Yes. [EDIT: Read the comment below this one.] This device can provide up to 48W from a single port. Super Fast Charging requires 25W, and Super Fast Charging 2.0 (S20 Ultra only) requires 45W.

I don't know the definitive answer. But this charger can output the wattage required for "Super Fast Charging", which is 45W. However, there's usually a handshake that happens between the phone and charger which activates those special charging scenarios such as with Qualcomm Quick Charge. Even chargers that could output the wattage for QC3.0 would not cause a Galaxy S10 to display "fast charging" when plugged in. They had to pay Qualcomm the royalty and use the Qualcomm branded chip in their charger. No idea if the display alert truly affects total charge time, but I suspect it's the same story with the S20. The Rosewill charger would have to pay the royalty to support "USB Power Delivery 3.0 PPS" which is what the S20 demands for Super Fast Charging.

And the end of the day, the phone is going to charge damn fast either way.Smilie

EDIT: It would seem though this charger supports PD3.0, it must specifically support PPS (Programmable Power Supply) to negotiate Super Fast Charging. This [gsmarena.com] article is a good read.

Most of the new phones, tablets use usb-c. From the specs this charger has a combined USB-c output -
USB-C1 + USB-C2=30W+18W=48W.
Not a very good deal , explains why this is on sale.
