There's a guy at work that has one of these in his cubical. He's had it for 2, maybe 3 years now. He brews 3 (usual) to 5 (project deadline coming) pots a day between 4 of us. It's a lot slower than the BUNN in the breakroom, but we prefer to drink Peet's instead of the crap Aramark stocks us with. It's been a solid coffee maker and better than other cheap ones I've came across in the past that didnt last long.

Have had mine for past year. Very reliable and brews quickly. No added features like being time programmable but I don't need that fluff. Just remember, you have a glass carafe, which can easily break if you are not careful. When broken, you need to buy a new coffee maker.

Bought a six dollar generic gold coffee filter from Amazon. It definitely removes all bitter oils from the coffee. Better than any paper filters.

Aramark does have Peets and other's you can request. Just ask the person in charge of ordering. Most coffee services can get any Coffee you want. I worked in the Philly area, and we took a vote in the office and Wawa coffee won.

It's the cheapest option they have, they're own private label. It's a perk from the management company that owns the building. The upgrades are way overpriced for a office building that's designed for 85-120 employees, but only 6-8 employees are only there full time babysitting servers. If they're coffee maker didnt make 1.5 gallons at a time, we would be using it. The woman that comes in and restocks/sanitizes say's we're supposed to be getting a pod system soon.
