Slightly cheaper if you use the 300 "Bean" Points for $6 off if you're ordering less than $60 of product. 100 points for registering an account and 200 for subscribing to the newsletter.
Took this advice. Thank you! Rep'd.

The grinder is ergonomically incorrect and will wake people sleeping upstairs when using it downstairs as well as being very very messy. Buy one and you'll figure it out. Their products and glass is all made in the cheapest manufacturing facility they could find in China. The glass is actually thin and cheap compared to good quality glass. If you think Bodum Chinese is good quality glass, then you don't know good glass is. Good glass isn't sold at Walmart and Target usually but Bodum is. And yes, as another mentioned; their customer service is lacking and will require sending videos to them until they are satisfied. There are much much better products available if a good product is what you seek.

I don't know what good glass is.
Can you give me some examples? I have started replacing with stainless steel.

I got a set of the 12 ounce glasses for coffee about a year ago, same exact ones.

I really like them. They are much sturdier than I thought from other descriptions. They are light but not super fragile ie you won't break them by putting them down on the table hard or squeezing them. But if they drop, they are done for.

I always put them in the dishwasher without issue, they don't sweat and they are never too hot to hold.

I just ordered a 2nd set. I also have some of the espresso sized ones which I like as well.

To me good glass is thicker in diameter and properly annealed so that it doesn't crack at first opportunity. Chinese manufacturing facilities typically skip certain processes like annealing in order to produce a cheaper (in all aspects) products. This is further exacerbated by companies in other countries, like Bodum, who don't really care, because the cheaply produced Chinese products aren't even distributed in their home country usually. I usually find my 'good' glass in thrift or second hand stores here in Central Wisconsin. Some may think Walmart and Target sells 'good' glass that's made in China, and that's ok. I don't. Stainless steel is a great alternative in my own opinion. I also look for it at second hand stores and get lucky occasionally.

SD isn't allowing me to give you reps, but thanks! Used this to save a few more bucks.

These glasses will be great to use with our newly acquired Nespresso.

I had a terrible experience. I added some bowls to my order. They were packed so poorly they broke. Emailed Bodum, no reply. Called, answering machine, "sorry we're working from home" click. Called cc company, "well normally we require a reply from the company but you're a great customer so we're just gonna refund it." Oh and Bodum requires you to pay return shipping AND there's a restocking fee.

worst customer care ever, its more than one month and still waiting for refund, no response to emails , waste of return shipping charges from my end.
I had a similar experience. Took months to get an RMA

Note: You need at least 299 bean to pay for the order with beans.
