Zinsser Bulls Eye 2 Interior Primer 2 gallon $5, 5 gallon $50 B&M Lowes

Lowes has Bulls Eye 2 Interior or Exterior Multi-Purpose Water-Based Wall and Ceiling Primer in the larger sizes on clearance. They are not orderable online unless you use lowesforpros.com, so like other Lowes clearance items consider this a B&M deal. Lots of availability at multiple zip codes I tested.

The 2 gallon buckets are as low as $5 in some areas, but I saw widely ranging prices with multiple zip codes between $5-18. YMMV on actual price.

The 5 gallon buckets are $50 (36% off).

I've heard great things about the oil-based version of this, does the water-based perform as well? Specifically asking for use in rehab projects.

This does great for rehab. We painted the interior of kitchen cabinets we decided to save vs replace and this comes out great for ruff surfaces or areas that need thick coats in latex. Also did the shelves of our pantry with it. Bonus, it is tintable so you can get the color you want. Used latex version and after its hardened, its very oil like in its durability. Its THICC.

This is tintable in latex and possibly oil. Great for ruff surfaces, rehabilitation of shelves and mdf, and sealing wood with 2 coats for shelving. Shows brush marks if you don't thin it down with floetrol, so use that.

Reviews looked mixed to me. It seemed to depend on what people were trying use it for. Many complained that it was difficult to hide dark colors and said it still has an odor.

Still, I bought a few on the Lowesforpros. Don't know if I'll get them or not. The last time I bought the faucets on sale here everything was cancelled.

Yeah, same for me on the faucets. The store I ordered from actually called me and said they didn't have stock but one closer to me did and asked if I wanted to just transfer the order there (obviously)...then the closer store sent me a cancellation email laugh out loud

I also did the LFP thing for the digital caliper deal. They sent me ready for pickup emails for (2) different stores from the one I ordered from that were like 25-30 miles away.

GREAT SUCCESS!

Dang...I picked up lunch in the same shopping center as Lowe's; but didn't have time to browse . Mayhaps I'll drop by later to see what bargains are there. I'm covering maroon walls with off-white(Navajo); so primer will come in handy nod
