It's not real 1ms response time. It's actually 5ms. The 1ms is when you turn on Aim Stabilizer which when turned on doesn't allow you to use G sync or free sync, so it's useless.
This is standard pricing. More of a "in stock" alert than anything
This doesnt seem like a reduced price for a deal, why is this here exactly?

Very happy with mine after the first week. Seems there's a bit of a panel lottery, so fingers crossed you get a good one.
After working from home since March, it's a great upgrade for me. Hooking my work laptop up via USB-C and using the built in KVM switch is fantastic. Highly recommended for that reason alone, gaming specs are just an added bonus.
Happy with mine, looks great with games with Free Sync/forced Gsync on. Despite the BGR text is not blurry nor had to change settings. I use electronic charts that have tiny texts on higher resolutions and its not blurry/readable, neither on usual internet surfing

There are not really any true 1ms ones I have seen without insane inverse ghosting. The fastest hardware unbox has tested was a 1080p 360hz and it managed 2.2ms with like 3% ghosting. There are some slightly faster in the range of 3ms or so 1440p 170hz ips displays but your talking going up alot in price and being lucky to find a nano ips display like AOC AG273QXP.
If you have the extra 70bucks or so and the bgr bothers you or the 1ms reduction down to 3.9ms interest you id recommend https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1607536-REG/msi_optix_mag274qrf_27_monitor.html?ap=y&smp=y

Hardware unboxed does pretty comprehensive reviews if anyone wants to watch. https://youtu.be/uNIqwxAZ-MQ
Edit: No other monitor on Amazon seems to give me the same message. Weird.
