This is a slick accessory for the Festool Domino. Makes working with 3/4" and 1/2" plywood really easy. Highly recommended.

That's only 15% off. Over Thanksgiving they were running a 20% sale. Unfortunately I don't know how to get free shipping.

EDIT: I can't read, it's actually 23% off. Sorry

Thanks for making me spend $57 on a blemished piece of aluminum. Haha, seriously, looking forward to it. Centering on 3/4" plywood is always a chore!

I wonder in which case you need a perfect center of 3/4'' plywood?

3/4" plywood isn't even really 3/4" to begin with. This thing only gives you repeatability, not perfect centering.

I got this as a Christmas gift this past holiday. I've never had 'fence drift' but what I do like about this is the additional support it provides. Definitely less rocking on those edge mortises which I'm a fan of.

You're right, but I don't think the presets on the fence height are ideal for 1/2" and 3/4" ply. It's sometimes a little fiddly to set it up.

I find it to be better to deliberately not center the mortise. That way you can not F it up when doing your glue up. In other words if you get the orientation wrong. It will be obvious.
