I have 805 fico and they decline my Application for Venture credit card and wasted 1 credit check. I won't be applying any Capital one credit card anytime soon.

I received a targeted offer in physical mail for $300 sign up bonus with $500 spent in 3 months. Applied and got approved instantly.

I have received many quiksilver offers from them in the past, but all were for $200 sign up bonus. The additional $100 in bonus pushed me to apply. I hope i'am not the only person receiving $300 sign up bonus.

Just received the similar mail yesterday. I was about to throw it as I get too many such mails but then I saw a $300 bonus. I am tempted to apply but not sure if I will get approved. My score is 825 but I just got WF Autograph 2 months back and have another 13 month old hard inquiry from a mortgage refinance.

Anyone heard of the Ally Unlimited Cashback Card? I do my checking/savings with them (the savings rate is killer, 2.75% right now I think on a normal/non-cd savings acct). Beyond that they've been an overall great bank. Could be a nice pairing.

Same for me, I ignored $200 and got $300 and I applied instantly. Annual fee $0 and 15 months 0% APR. Why not?

Yeah. Got an invitation to apply for a Quick Silver card with $300 back after $500 spent. Got rejected on 820 FICO, while other companies approved cards with at least 8k -10k limit. Never bank with CO ever again.
