Seems super convenient, and a good deal if everything checks out. I went down the rabbit hole of bad reviews and now am unsure about it personally. Anyone use this or similar Romoss products for a while and have an experience to share? I'm most concerned about the battery's longevity.

Check Amazon reviews, noticed these thing consistently popping up.
1. Many reviews mention the seller contacted them and offered to send them a free cable, these are all five star reviews. Seems the are offering a free cable for a good review.
2. A few reviews mentioned the customer service phone number provided does not work.
3. Some mention no etched company markings or QR code on the box to determine it is not a counterfeit item.
4. All reviewers that tested this item showed it tested between 15,000 to 20,000 mah not the 30,000 as advertised.
5. Some report intermittent charging issues.
6. Some report failures within 6 months to a year.
Just suggesting to do your due diligence before buying so you are not surprised.

I'll stick with Anker and not some random brand I never heard of.

I bought the 20,000 mAH version about six months ago, and a friend bought one about three months ago. No problems for either one of us.

I own this, i would agree with the skeptical output. It is worth $20, but it is not 30K worth of juice. More like 24k. It does have a usb-c, it it performs as expected.

I purchased this in August 2019 and I'm still very very pleased ($28 at time time).

Pros: Great capacity, holds charge over a long time, Charges with Micro/C/Lighting In (ie: no need to carry an extra Micro cable for iPhone uses), and does what it should

Cons: Bigger and Heavier than most (not pocket-worthy), does takes a long time to charge (but with it's high capacity understandable).

If you're realistic enough to realize that you're buying at $24 generic battery unit, it does what it's supposed to do...

I have a slightly different version of this 30000 model. Charges very quickly, holds a charge wonderfully and charges fairly fast for how beefy this thing is. It doesn't overheat. No problems for over a year, I use it on a regular basis. I bought this exact model for a friend at Christmas and he still raves about, no problems. I purchased this exact model of the 30000 for $28.88 back on November 30, 2020. From my experience, I wouldn't have any concerns in purchasing. Hope this helps!

Not per specs. Because it'd make it 150Wh. But in real life specs it's probably 20000mAh so that would qualify. It would make it 100Wh.

Been seeing this polymer battery popping up quite often. Is this replacing 18650 that been around forever? Seem the polymer is cheaper too or maybe it's Chinese pricing.

Not if 30,000mAh is printed on it. You'll need prior written approval from the airline before passing through TSA.

Funny thing, if they just rated it accurately, it would have been completely legal.
