I'm not certain if creating the account from that link (which took me to an add coupon page, but didn't prompt me to create the account), I DID create one after it turns out that i didn't have one.................hopefully, I'll receive the bag.

You are misunderstanding the concept. Bags could be shipped as 5he count continues until it reaches 200,000 respondent or until 12 31 21 whichever comes first.
