They do. But why? .... Can't fold flat or into a tablet mode, so it's awkward.

The even cheaper rechargeable Ciscle pen eliminates the costly batteries and works great with my SP4.
At least with AAAA you never have to worry about Li-ON battery degradation. Rechargable pens (and other electronics like this) become garbage when the battery stops holding a charge.
