It won't feel 'right' and you will think it doesn't work, but it does, and harsh ingredients that 'feel' like they are working are doing more harm than good by stripping your natural skin barriers off. The only parts that really require anything harsher than a cleanser like this are for general hand washing and places that breed the 'smelly' bacteria -- specifically underarms and crotch.
EDIT -- I am referring to the Cerave Facial Cleanser indicated in the picture.

I got the regular CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser recently and have been happy with it, no reactions on my sensitive/dry skin (always patch test for your own). The reviews saying it is fake due to the missing registration symbol seem to be mislead, it is fine per the CeraVe website as long as shipped/sold by Amazon. I'm not sure if it is making a big difference, but it feels good.

I've used both the foaming and non-foaming cerave cleansers and the foaming definitely helps get make up off better for me.
Anyway, yes it does work - select 3, choose S&S and you should see both discounts. And you can still decide if you want to buy it or not before submitting the order.

As one person said, it doesn't foam which confused me at first.. but it is helping my (very sensitive) face stay hydrated and I have had zero break outs.
If you have been looking for a new cleanser- I highly recommend this one! ( FWIW, I've tried basically 20-30 cleansers from drugstore to high end and this is my favorite.)
look at jellies and not soap.
