Mod told me to recreate thread for the large price drop to $569.99. Old thread linked here: https://slickdeals.net/f/14833966-leupold-lto-tracker-2-thermal-viewer-569-99-before-tax-free-shipping

Great deal on this unit. This is the version 2 with the new Beacon Mode. This product is made in the USA and has a good multi year warranty. This is below cost for most dealers from talking with a couple gun store owners. Ordered one today myself. Called scopelist and they said they are in stock and ready to ship. They take PayPal as well for the extra protections that gives. Shipping is free.

It uses replaceable CR123A Batteries in the unit so I ordered some rechargables off fleabay for $9

This is slick thanks for posting.. Quick question.. I have been researching these for a few weeks.. Some reviews mention that it is not a "monocular" and is meant to be held 12 plus inches away from your eye when viewing (?)
Can anyone confirm this ? ( im asking because i depend on reading glasses and if this is the case ,without an adjustable diopler) I would think this design would be useless for a great number of people over 40.

Correct, it is not a monocular. As for viewing distance, it's not 12+, just a few inches away. Check out YouTube for lots of reviews showing it in use. This model and the HD version have the same viewing eye relief.

yeah ive been reviewing a lot of youtube videos.. Ironically, none of them address the eye relief subject in detail.. However, the one person I did find that mentions the relief was a one star review from a guy on Amz that said "quote" "This Thermal Viewer has a 1-inch screen which you view from 18 inches!"... Cool product. Has this ever been lower and does anyone know how likely the price is to drop again in the near future? Thanks a bunch.

I received my yesterday from Scopelist. Apparently it was shipped from Eurooptics, they have the same price.

Regarding the eye relief, it's not an issue. Don't listen to that 18" guy on amazon. It's basically an OLED screen you can view from any distance. It's not like a scope where there's sweet distance for optimal view. It's like a tv screen, far or close its the same.

I like this purchase, I use it to view out my back yard at night to see what goes bumping in the nights. At 100yards you can make out a deer well but further out I just rely on the thermal heat to know if something big or small is out there. You'll have to pay much more for a thermal that sees far with good details. For the price I think this is a good and fun purchase.

It's the non HD model. Both models are not rated for shocks from a rifle.

Since these have been discontinued from the manufacturer, along with the HD version, do you think the warranty will still be honored? If I have an issue is there a likelihood of a replacement?

Yes its honored. They still supply parts for them too. I was able to order the HD cover to go on my non-HD version by just calling them.

Looks like it was as low as $420 from Amazon for most of Jan last year. Yes that was a year ago but just a point of reference.

Where do you see that? Is it a tracking website? Would love to have the link for it.
