Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

I had PM to b and h with 250$ confirmed in the original conversation with reference number, item shipped and used the ticket number with new rep who wouldnt confirm the 250$ originally stated 'no worries our guys on the backend will handle it'. Just now I see a refund of 107$ only....should I message a new rep? Seems bogus they wouldnt honor the original confirmed 250$

I would and ensure to have the chat transcript reference number and specific verbiage where the rep confirmed the exact amount. I've been cautioning that I've heard that this could indeed happen so need to do your due diligence as can't hurt to press them about what indeed was confirmed.

I'm waiting on my PM as well which the amount was confirmed preorder, after the order, and then once shipped via three different reps but I'm still expecting some bumps.

FYI everyone. Samsung has started trying to price match using store credit instead of refunding to your card. Apparently the slickdeals effect has changed their PM policy.

I saved my PM chats and reference numbers from two days ago and that was the only way I was able to get them to refund to my card.

And I did get them to PM two orders on the same phone call.

I've ordered an S21+ and S7 tab, both 256 GB, for a total price of $730 upfront. That is with a $250 credit for trading in my old S8. If you trade in a new device, your upfront cost would be cheaper. That total price is also before cashback and before the $250 price match.

Yes, my brother got in on the deal too and for some reason he called today to get his PM. He told me about his success and I called right after that. I was going to wait until the phone shipped too but that info changed my mind.
