PM is done after your item is delivered. After you receive your item, chat with them. A chat rep asks for a link of their competitors or a screenshot. I strongly recommend taking screenshots of the exactly identical product page (color, capacity, carrier-locked or unlocked) from Amazon or BB now in case they revert to the original price when you chat with Samsung chat reps to request PM.
I am worried that by the time most of us receive the new S21, Amazon or others may hike the price back and Samsung will refuse to PM based on the price at the time we ask for PM in March.

Step 1: After your order is CONFIRMED: Chat to request PM, provide them screenshots of Amazon/competitor web pay and checkout page (save them just in the case you need it latter). They will tell you: " It's eligible for PM, Contact them back after order is marked SHIPPED (it means your Credit card or other payment method is charged)" and give you chat ID (or Ref) #.
Step 2: When your order is marked SHIPPED: Contact them, give them chat ID#. This time they will put a REQUEST for P.M to the SS E-commerce. Ask them this chat ID (if they don't voluntary provide).
Step 3: Wait for SS E-C email state they approve the PM and will refund the difference.

it didnt work that way they rejected my claim even though i received my phone on mar 6 way before they change policy on there website . so filed dispute with crefit card.

You need to add other items like a tablet,watch or buds to get the bundle discount
Does anyone know how returning works, ie, if I want to return the phone do I have to return the tablet and buds in the same bundle order? I got my tab weeks before my phone is set to ship.
Better to return everything for better refund, you will see very low refund on first thing you try to return.
If Price match is done on your order there will be a big mess to get back correct amount on your card.
has anyone who ordered a phone + tablet bundle managed to get a price match refund on the tablet? or both the tablet and the phone? I was told to wait until the order ships to get the PM on the s21 ultra, but I just got a notification that the tablet shipped, and I'm wondering if I can PM just that using the amazon price, and then do the phone later when it ships. PMing the tablet to the $799 price on amazon would make that portion of the order less than free after all the promo codes and bundles discounts, lol.

So if you return everything together but got a price match and say even the 10% non-cancellation credit they struggle to subtract whatever they already credited you back from the remaining amount of the original order?
