It's a great deal on an excellent forged knife, there's no denying that. I just want people to be aware that 5 inches is not as practical or comfortable as 7 inches on a Nakiri
For someone that doesn't have one and is in the market, it's hard to pass up. Nakiri knives rarely go on sale. But for the rest of us, that are stocked up on knife deals, we can wait. The 7 inch Wusthof is nice, just too pricey if you're not a pro. Specially when a Santoku does the same job
