I'm sitting on it as I type, I got it during one of the previous promos. Great chair at this price. I'm 5'10" and the neck rest is just right. Two DYI improvements, if I may suggest:

1) unscrew and flip the top part of the armrest backwards, your arms will thank you when you're reclined all the way

2) get some good quality rubber caster wheels for 20 bucks on Amazon, your floors will thank you https://static.slickdealscdn.com/ima...lies/smile.gif
Repped for the first part. No support at elbow is bothering me and this should help. Did you unscrew the entire armrest from the bottom of the chair and flip?

Nevermind, I think I found the screws that you mentioned, it is at bottom of the armrest piece that is attached to the sliding height adjustable portion of the armrest, isn't it?

It doesn't appear so, but does this have adjustable depth? I got short legs longer torso.

For any one that got on the deal before this coupon like I did. Call then now. You have 48 hours to let them know that you forgot to put the coupon and they will credit the $20 difference. Have the code ready when asked and your order number.
I used chat and they stated: "I can see the item is not eligible for the promotion since it is already discounted. The coupon can only be applied to regular priced items excluding technological items.".

However they still applied a discount for $20 as "a one time courtesy". So YMMV on that. If it doesn't work may just have to try another agent or something.

I bought these:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FP56VND/

My floor is tile, but the rubber seems to be "soft" enough for hardwood too, as also confirmed by a few reviews on Amazon. They're definitely smooth and quiet and with a little push I can be on the other side of the room in seconds haha.
I bought these for my chair at home but didn't like them compared to what I had. The caster on my Leap v2 were just way smoother. We had old wood tile floors when I tried them though and it being softer may have made it feel different. All the wheels have to face the same direction before you move and sometimes you have to slow push to get them aligned before you roll. Or at least that was my short experience with them.

Is this model for larger/taller people? I see mention that this model is for taller/larger people, and the Hyken is for average size/smaller people. Anyone know for sure if this is the case?
Yes Dexley is the bigger version. I am 5'11" 200+lbs and it fits fine. Seat cushion is 20 inches wide, 21 inches deep. The arm rests are quite wide (~27 inches end to end)

Great chair. Bought it for 125 back in November for the office. Liked it so much I bought a second for my home office.

Yep, two hex screws on each side.

Thanks!! They're telling me this coupon can't be applied because it's already a discounted item.
Try chat? They applied it to my order no problem.

Yes, that's the complaint people have on Amazon as well. I'm using them on ceramic tiles and they turn right away when I'm pushing the chair in a different direction. The original caster wheels that come with this chair, though, were not that great, and these still feel like an upgrade to me.

I would get the Dexley. It's mainly a matter of preference: I like mesh better than PU leather, more "breathable" for long sessions. In terms of lumbar support and overall comfort they seem equivalent.

I have a chair that I got about 8 months ago. If this chair is more comfortable I may be keeping this one, otherwise I can take it back to the store.
