I do not see a section that has a buying option. Only see a product page that has specs and reviews

Mobile Chrome is working fine as well, desktop mode not needed. I think the issue may be that they haven't given the site any sort of location to work with.
Too old to support HDMI 2.1 passthrough. I believe the generation after those supports that. Your only option would be to plug your PS5 into your TV's eARC-supporting HDMI port and use another HDMI or toslink port for the sound bar.

Not saying it's worth the time to go back, but I'd bet the matching sub was sitting on the shelf next to where the bar was. The store would have definitely had it as part of the display, so a manager should be able to track it down for anyone else who has this issue at pickup. For open box, it's usually better to just go in and buy it in person.

Bought another "fair" receiver and it was actually brand new with the original box with a small hole. Opened it and it was brand new with all accessories sealed. Bought 3 years warranty for $20.
What about if we we don't actually pickup the item and it is cancelled after the charge shows up on the credit card, does that count as a return tracked by 3rd party?
I know cancelling a pickup for a cellphone that needs to be activated won't incur the restocking fee which you will get even if it was returned sealed. Good thing I buy a lot from best buy so I should be ok with the return quotient.

Once I drove a further for satisfactory but at least I was heading in that direction anyways. I do hate if we order for pickup after hours, it can be cancelled and things sell out.

BB will definitely track you if you tie up a bunch of different soundbars from their inventory, go in-store to check them all out, and cancel all but one. Don't be that guy. If your orders start getting auto cancelled because they "can't verify your information", then that means you've been banned by BB internally for whatever reason.
