MSG is life. It's actually added in a lot of foods that people don't think about like chips, soups, seasoning blends, frozen meals, processed meats, etc.
#1: You dont know what an allergy is
#2: You are not allergic, even mildly to MSG
#3: Those cramps and pains are mostly in your head and you use MSG as a scapegoat. You a dehydrated because MSG contains sodium, and most MSG dishes have regular table salt in them as well.
#4. If you eat chicken, pork, parmigiana cheese, tomatoes, soy sauce, fish, corn, or many other foods that contain naturally ocurring glutamate acids, and you dont get an 'allergic reaction', then you dont have an allergy
Ordered the 8 pack last month from Amazon. Comes with separate packs of paste and dehydrated seaweed/tofu and it's definitely better than the powdered instant miso soups.

Not filling, but I love how much flavor you get from something with so little nutritional impact, ~25 calories. Easy lunch when paired with a couple egg rolls.

Ever wonder why their food doesn't taste good unless they add MSG. It's almost like it's not good food.

At least they list it in their ingredients. Some companies mask it by calling it "spice" - which they should totally list it for people who are deathly allergic to it. (me)

If you don't mind me asking, What are your reactions? I like MSG and actually use it as a seasoning sometimes, but I do get mild food allergies and wonder if MSG might be part of it?
I know MSG occurs naturally in some foods so I'm not clear on this.
