Beware with EPP + trade-in.
EPP Price is $69.99 ($70 EPP discount)
EPP + trade-in Price is $59.99 ($60 EPP discount + $20 for trade-in).
Just got off a chat with a supervisor and you could confirm it at the checkout page.
If you opt for trade-in, they bring the EPP discount down by $10 and trade in value is still $20.
So incase Samsung rejects your trade-in item, they may charge $20 and you would end up paying $10 more.

Used the Education Discount with trade in and got it for $60. Good deal. Looks like you can order more than 1.

I have a set of black ones in these. Great buds. Flawless pairing and unpairing. Sound is great and battery life is excellent. The form factor is very different from what I'm used to. Have always had buds with the silicone tip inside the canal. These sit just outside your canal and blast the sound in.

The silicone tips would make the old style mildly uncomfortable after 2+ hours of use. These are uncomfortable in about the same time but since they are hard plastic and sitting outside your ear, but not your canal, the hardness of the shell begins to feel slightly uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker at all.

A great second iteration of these would be a soft material surrounding the exterior if these for comfort.
They will give you silicone shells for free if you ask, they come with them in korea, but I agree with you. These felt good at first but then were too hard and bothered me after a few hours. They are great for laying down/sleeping though since they dont protrude.

I ended up returning mine solely because I was pretty unhappy with the latency and quality on my PC. I know they would sound worse, but they were worse for me than some other junk BT IEMs. On my S21u they were perfectly fine, but I wanted to also use them for my PC and other devices from time to time.

Also ANC was useless. Though ive yet to own any IEMs with ANC that work well enough to enable it, my Sony wh-1000XM2's (full sized headphones) can block so much noise, I know they are different sizes and coverage, but I want IEM ANC to actually be worth enabling.

Get the Samsung Galaxy buds+. They are better than these. Pay a little extra. I have the buds+ and they are great. I bought another one on sale ($70) just yesterday. I thought about canceling today as these were cheaper but after reading the indepth reviews, I think the buds+ are better and I will stick with that.

Buds Live Rtings = 6.6 mixed rating
https://www.rtings.com/headphones...y-wireless

Buds Live Soundguys ratings = 6.9 rating

*** Samsung galaxy buds+ has 7.4 rtings rating and a 8.4 rating with soundguys..... Worth paying little extra.

It was 60 for me too. EPP + trade in of ANY headphones. Fair price I think for a very unique set of headphones (big flaws and big benefits vs. traditional buds).
Just please forget about anything related to noise canceling and you won't be disappointed at this 60 price point.
I got them for $60 too

Just a heads up to anyone trying to get a pair of the silicone shells, do not attempt this over the online chat. Save yourself some time and annoyance and just give them a call on the phone. I had three different agents very rudely disconnect me on the chat. I have never once seen a customer support service where the agents have the freedom to just disconnect on someone without asking if they have answered all your questions, but this happened to me three times in a row with Samsung. Terrible, terrible customer service. I pointed out to the last agent that the website specifically says to request a set of the sleeves from Samsung, so she gave me a "have a nice day" and instant disconnect after that.

Do these still fit in the case with the silicon shells on or they need to be taken off ??

Do not recommend. On the second pair with the same problems randomly disconnecting, static and metallic noise. Something about sensors acting up depending on how they're placed in the ears.

You get some kind of combo discount for adding the buds with the watch. I added the galaxy buds PRO to my galaxy watch 3 order which brought the buds down to $81

Additional $10 off by trading ANY wired/wireless headset. It shows $20 off, but in reality discount is only ten - bringing cost to $59.99 (not bad at all).

Do I need to wait for these to ship and give them a serial number? Or can I just have them reference my order number now?

Is there a trick to get this working? I'm signed in to my EPP and the price shows correctly on everything until I go to checkout and then it goes back to the $119 instead of $70.

Edit: never mind, it decided to work after trying a few times.
