I bought 80 packs of these. In the ~20 packs I've used so far I've never had a pack prematurely dry out. All of them have a double seal (sticky inner seal + hard cap), if both of those are closed each time there should be no issues. I have packs that have been opened for months.

Be careful with these wipes. My father in law got super allergic to these wipes. He got hives all over his hands and his blood pressure went down so low that we had to bring him to urgent care. These wipes are made overseas.

And still, if you don't get it from surface contact, then it doesn't matter if you touch your face. That's the whole point.

All the studies on cell phones say "That's no evidence, but hey, might as well be safe". But those were from last year. We're even smarter now.

This is correct. It is possible but exceedingly unlikely to get covid from surface contacts - including touching your face after touching a surface. Yet people continue to wipe surfaces excessively because it makes them feel safe and"better safe than sorry". Whatever makes you feel good I guess.
