I had a destroyed box, and am already having issues attaching the seat. The bars that the seat bolts into is welded to the stand crooked, so they don't line up. Going to keep fighting it out. Haven't determined if any parts are missing yet.

What a huge pain in the ass. Hard to believe that I let the early commenters sucker me into this mess.

I had to rig a double pull cart from the garden section to wheel this assembled piece into the store because they didn't have something bigger. They were not happy about it but eventually did give me the refund without the box.
Back to craigslist/marketplace to continue the search.

Received this last week. First the seat holes didn't quite line up. Made it work. Then the holes to attach the seat support to the foot support didn't attach. Disassembled and returned. Going to spend the extra $60 and get the $200 one at Sam's Club I think

Not sure where to start.
First, the box was delivered destroyed with pieces of the kit sticking out of the box and two bars laying on my driveway.

Second, I bolted the kit together and tried to level the parts. It's a very poor design because the bench and the rack wobbles. This cannot be corrected without major modifications.

Third, the squat rack/bench press is too wide for my bar. The weights hit the rack rests. I modified my bar to make it fit the rack. Then I modified the rack. I cut the rack with my bandsaw and removed 3" from the center to move the bar rests closer so I could use it as a bench press. I then welded the uprights because I was getting a lot of movement and deflection with just 120 lbs on the bar.

This is a very cheesy setup. The tube used has a 1/16" sidewall and will flex with weight on the rack. I would say it is dangerous to use with much weight over 100 lbs. There is no way this will come close to holding 800 lbs, unless you have a death wish.

I just got mine. After reading all the comments here I was ready for issues. Knew I had problems when I saw the box at my doorstep. It had HUGE holes where things can obviously fall out. Should've just left it in the box at that point but decided to take inventory and hope for the best. Once I got everything out I found out the screws are missing. Game over. I have the instructions, this bench has A LOT of assembly, and MAYBE everything else (haven't checked) but without the nuts and bolts I'm SOL.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this purchase. I now have to figure out how to return this pos.

I was missing a few pieces, the main thing being the plastic insert on the rack (part #25)

Customer support gave me the option to either return for refund, get a replacement and ship this one back, or get a 10% price adjustment and deal with it. I chose 10% price adjustment to get $13 back, just to avoid the hassle of packing it all back up.

If anyone in the Atlanta area chose the option for them to ship a replacement, then please hook me up with part #25. I can probably live without it, but would definitely make a local drive to get one.

Absolutely trash QC as others mentioned and Fedex was so mean to the first box I received that the backrest was damaged. Got my replacement a couple days ago, and .....

What a piece of crap this thing is. I am glad I came back here to check other's reports. I consider myself to be pretty handy and I was losing my mind putting this thing together in a couple spots. I gave up on getting two of the screws in into the seat but did wind up getting the rest together.
